With over 25 years of experience in the public, private, and voluntary sectors, Gina Cole excels at aligning strategic goals with organisational development. As the founder of Goal Centred Development, she has transformed how businesses approach growth, performance, leadership, and coaching culture.
Gina is a Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master's degree in Strategic HRM. She is also an EMCC Global Master Coach. Passionate about personal and professional growth, Gina offers immersive coaching experiences designed to unlock potential, enhance decision-making, and cultivate a powerful sense of purpose. She is regarded as a "lighthouse for quality people development practices," using her expertise to implement 'Culture Change' programs, leadership and talent management development, competency frameworks, redundancy support, employee engagement skills, and capacity-building for teams.
Her areas of specialisation include Talent Management Development, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing, Organisational Development Consultancy, Leadership and Management Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Train the Trainer programs, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Psychometrics (including MBTI and EQi).
Some of Gina's notable achievements include being a National Training Award Regional Winner for her Creating a Coaching Culture Programme, receiving an EMCC International Coaching Organisation Award, and achieving IiP GOLD and Champion status (98%). She has shared best practices and spoken at the IiP International Conference in Spain. Additionally, she has served as a regional keynote speaker and peer advisor for a local council, as well as an Executive Coach for the Senior Leadership Team at THT, where she developed a team of 20 internal corporate coaches and trained over 100 managers.
Gina has also worked as a CEO Talent Coach, Internal Coach Trainer, and Supervisor across all Onside National Youth Zones. She delivered the International ILM Level 5 Leadership Programme and the Coaching for Managers programme to over 180 middle and senior leaders in the UK, Europe, and Africa. Furthermore, she designed and implemented the Nationally Recognised Coach Professional CP5 for Instep UK, and developed a Mentoring and Train the Trainer Programme for Safran Nacelles, training over 160 trainees and 100 apprentices.
