Committing to a year-long leadership programme requires dedication, resilience, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
Guided by Goal Centred Development's experienced trainers – Gina Cole, Alison Williams, and Helen Christie – participants developed essential leadership skills, strengthened their workplace confidence, and built meaningful professional relationships with fellow leaders across the Burnley business community.
Through a combination of practical leadership training, coaching, discussion, and self-reflection, cohort members learned how to communicate more effectively, navigate workplace challenges with empathy, make confident decisions, and lead with authenticity.
